The families of teens unaccounted for after a devastating fire at a venue in a Switzerland's ski resort are confronting an agonising wait for answers and pleading for any details about their children publicly.

The blaze devastated the a popular bar in Cans-Montana, located in the Swiss Alps of the Valais region, in the middle of the night of the first day of the year. Confirmed images depict the ceiling igniting as beverages with sparklers are raised in celebration.
